✰ HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?                                                                                                                 We process all orders as soon as we can, allow 3-5days production time for your order to be printed and packed, average shipping times are from 5-19days depending on the country you are in

✰ WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER ?                                                                                                                           Yes! Tracking is sent via the email you used for your order.Tracking numbers will be updated 2-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at help@potdega.com

✰ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY ?                                                                                                        Since all items are made-to-order and one-of-a-kind, there will be no returns or refunds, unless item is somehow flawed upon reception. In this case, please use the contact form on this site, explaining the situation and including your order number. 

✰ DOES THE PLANTER COME WITH A PLANT ?                                                                                                          No, unfortunatley the planters are not sold with the plants displayed. But you can purchase 3'' and 6'' potted plants in our Apparel/Accessories Tab. 

✰ WHAT ARE THE DIMESIONS OF BASKETBALL PLANTERS ?                                                                            Our mini planters are size 3 balls with a circumference of 22" (55.9cm) and our full size planters are size 7  (29.5" or 75cm).     

✰ DOES CANVAS COME FRAMED  ?                                                                                                                      In order to offer our customers the lowest price possible and offer free world wide shipping all of our canvas art comes unframed , we leave a white boarder around our art for ease of framing , You can stretch our canvases over a wooden stretcher bar frame (SOLD IN Apparel/Accessories Tab) have it framed with a coloured boarder or have it set into a glass frame what ever best matches your current decor.
